peaceful retreat before safari adventures. Originally a German colonial administration center in the early 20th century, Arusha has grown from a sleepy
town to one of Tanzania's most prosperous cities. It is an important international diplomatic hub, hosting the East African Community headquarters and
the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. The city's population is multicultural, including Bantu, Arab-Tanzanian, Indian-Tanzanian, White
European, and White American communities, with diverse religions such as Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and Hinduism. Despite being near the
equator, Arusha's elevation of 1,400 meters keeps temperatures cool and pleasant year-round.

town Coffee was a main crop grown for export and a few large farms that remained in private hands still cultivate the cash crop on the hills and small
valleys outside of town Karatu offers splendid views of the northern highlands and is a popular base for visitors on their way to Ngorongoro Crater
Welcome to Tanzania! Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport and Transfer to Arusha. As you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport JRO, you will be warmly
welcomed by our representative driver guide. After a short brief introduction, you will be transferred to private vehicle and drive to Arusha a drive of 1
hour and 30 minutes. If weather permits, enjoy breathtaking views of both Mount Meru and the majestic Kilimanjaro along the way. Upon arrival in
Arusha check in at Outpost Lodge or similar for your overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and meet with your guide who will be with you during the safari. Board your safari vehicle, a land cruiser with
a pop-up roof and enough space for standing during game viewing. Take about 2hrs30 minutes driving to Tarangire National Park
The park is famous and known as the Home of Elephant and giant Baobab trees. Enjoy a game drive with your guide who will provide information and
facts about wild animals and plants. During the game drives, the guide will take you to a picnic site and have a lunch.
Late Evening drive to Karatu for dinner and a night stay at Eileen's Tree Inn or Similar.
After breakfast, check out of the lodge and prepare for a game drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The crater is more than 20 kilometres wide
and about 600 meters deep. If you are lucky and it's a clear day you will be able to see the entire crater wall from the bottom.
Today you will go on a game drive over the crater floor, through grassland and forest, to see the soda lake known as Lake Makat. Ngorongoro Crater
is well-known for its Big Five buffaloes, black rhinos, elephants, lions, and leopards. It also has many other animals, including cheetahs, zebras,
hippos, serval cats, hyenas, and wildebeest. During the game drive, the guide will take you to a picnic site and have lunch. Late evening drive to the
lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Eileen's Tree Inn or Similar.
In the morning you have breakfast then you will pick up the packed lunch boxes ready for the game drive to Lake Eyasi. In Lake Eyasi you will visit the
cultural and natural heritage of the Hazdabe and Datoga. You will reach the remote plains where the Hadzabe hunter-gatherers live. You learn about
their hut creation and how and why they move and go for a walk learning Hadzabe bush lore and their uses of different plants in the afternoon you will
have lunch at the picnic site, and after lunch drive to the Datoga tribe.
They are skilled and are known for their blacksmithing, beadwork, brass bracelets, and necklaces, as well as for supplying the Hadzabe tribe with
arrowheads. Cattle are their most important domestic animals, though they also herd goats, donkeys, and sheep, and raise chickens. After your
once-in-a-lifetime adventure, you will drive to Karatu for overnight stay at Eileen's Tree Inn or Similar.
After breakfast immerse yourself in the local culture during this cultural tour Mto wa Mbu. A local guide will walk with you through the streets of this
African farming village, surrounded by beautiful nature. During this tour you visit an African school, church, market and banana brewery. A great way
to get an insight in the daily life of local people.in the afternoon enjoys local African buffet lunch.
After lunch your guide will drive you back to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home.
