Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the
respective service providers (Airlines/Hotels/Cruise lines). In addition to supplier charges,
a Global Wings Service Fee will be applicable depending on the nature of the services
rendered.
Refunds: Processing of refunds is contingent upon the receipt of funds from the supplier.
Refunds are processed within the standard industrial timelines and credited back via the
original payment mode after applicable deductions.
