Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps. 

• Copy of the first page and last page of the passport including all visas and travel stamps

Please note 

• Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy 
• Attach all your old passports (if any)
• Handwritten passports are not accepted.
• Indian passports with any “observation” will not be accepted.

To apply for a Vietnam e-visa, we need the following documents: 

• A passport or travel document that's valid for at least six months
• A completed visa application form
• A passport-size photograph with a white background
• A photocopy of your confirmed return ticket
• Proof of Occupation
• A copy of your passport's bio pages and observation page
• Proof of accommodation
• A bank statement for the last six months with a balance of at least $4,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency
