Please see below documents which are required for UK- Dependent visa. 

Dependent visa - Documents from person living there and having residence permit, Passport, Visa copy, E visa, Residence permit (other Documents depends upon the visa category of the main applicant)

• Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps. 
  • Copy of the first page and last page of the passport 
  • Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy 
  • Attach all your old passports (if any)
  • Handwritten passports are not accepted.
  • Indian passports with any “observation” will not be accepted.

• Covering-Letter (Sample Attached): Covering Letter from applicant with mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by applicant and addressed to The Visa Officer, British High Commission, New Delhi.
  • Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

• Financials 
  • Personal ITR for last 3 years 
  • Salary and Personal Original Bank Statement for last six months with bank stamp and sign
  • Salary slips for last three months 
  • Credit Card copy with recent statements or Original Foreign Exchange endorsement with receipt/Traveler’s Cheque
  • Company bank statement and ITRs are also required if self-employed

• Copy of Pan card

• Proof of Occupation Self Employed 
  • Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership Deed
  • Brief Company Profile 
  • Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director) 
• Employed 
  • Leave letter and No Objection Certificate from employer (Sample Attached)
  • Salary Slips last 6 months
• Student 
  • Leave Sanction Letter, School/college ID Card and NOC from school mentioning the dates of trip  (Sample Attached)
  • If you are under 18, you must also submit a) Application to be signed by both parents 

• Airline Reservation : along with internal sector ticket

• Proof of Accommodation

• Copy of Marriage certificate, wedding photoes, chats, video calls, transaction 

• Financial documents of sponsor if trip is sponsored by someone along with sponsorship letter including ITR (3years), 6 months statements, 1 Id Copy.

• All applicant appearance is mandatory for Bio-metrics.
• Please make individual file for each applicant.
• Please note as per instructions received from Embassy of UK, personal Bank statement (last 06 months) needs to be submitted on A4 size only with bank stamp and sign
