Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps. 

• Copy of the first page and last page of the passport including all visas and travel stamps

Please note 

• Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy 
• Attach all your old passports (if any)
• Handwritten passports are not accepted.
• Indian passports with any “observation” will not be accepted.

Three recent colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 40mm) 

• Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas
• Must be cleared
• With 70 to 8o degree focus
• Must be with white background
• Forhead must be cleared.

Covering-Letter - Covering Letter from applicant - mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by applicant and addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy or Consulate, Place as per sample.

• Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

ITR including Acknowledgement Receipt and Computation is mandatory 

• Must be of 2 years

• Make Sure it must be updated till 4 days before of appointment (Working Days) and must be with bank (Staff member) Stamp and sign on each and every page.
• For last three months with bank stamp and sign. Please note,
• Don’t make any huge cash deposit or transfer by unknown account like friends, colleague and far family members in your account immediately before the visa application submission to maintain sufficient balance. Please discuss if you feel funds are short.
• Must have sufficient balance in Account

Must be Proper Scanned Copies of Valid adhaar card and pan card (Front and Back)
