1. Original Passport (Validity not less than 6 months | At least 2 consecutive blank pages | The passport should not have any restrictions/conditions that prevents him/her from traveling)
2. A copy of the first and last pages of the passport.
3. Photocopies of passport pages containing any conditions, notes, visa data or stamp must be submitted.
4. Photograph (2inch x 2inch (51 mm x 51 mm) | Not older than 3 months | White background with frontal view)
5. If applicants hold any previous passport, the same is required to be submitted in the original
6. If the applicant has an existing valid visa in the same passport, regardless of the visa type, a visa cancellation form must be submitted.
7. Pre-approval of family visit issued by Saudi Ministry of foreign Affairs.
8. Name on invitation/pre-approval letter must be same as mentioned on the passport (Sponsor/Applicant).
9. Copy of the sponsors Saudi ID / Iqama
10. Copy of sponsors Passport
11. Proof of Relationship – As mentioned, For Spouse:· Spouse name must be as per both the passports. If the spouses name is missing or inaccurate in either of the passport, then original marriage certificate or original nikah namah should be apostille from MEA or alternate documents attested by Royal Consulate General of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be mandatorily submitted.Relatives other than Spouse:· If mothers / fathers name is not mentioned in the passport, an alternate document is re-quired to confirm relationship proof with the Sponsor. Relatives other than immediate family:· A document confirming proof of the relationship between sponsor and applicant is required also in case of minors NOC is required.
