• Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps. 
• a) Copy of the first page and last page of the passport 
• a) Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy 
• b) Attach all your old passports (if any)
• c) Handwritten passports are not accepted.
• d) Indian passports with any “observation” will not be accepted.

• Schengen Visa Application Form: France visa application has to be filled online through the following link https://france-visas.gouv.fr/ . Applicant has to take the printout of the completed form and sign the same. You can call me if you need any assistance for form filling.
  • Please note : Applicant mobile number should be mentioned in visa form as Embassy / Consulate can contact the applicant at any point of time during visa processing.

• Photo Specification: Two recent passport size-colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish,80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) 
  • Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas

• Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant with mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by applicant and addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of (Country name), New Delhi.
• Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.

Financials 

• Personal ITR for last 3 years are mandatory.
• Salary and Personal Original Bank Statement for last Six months with bank stamp and sign. Please note, don’t make any huge cash deposit or transfer by unknown account like friends, colleague and far family members in your account immediately before the visa application submission to maintain sufficient balance. Please discuss if you feel funds are short.
• Salary slips for last 6 months 
• Company bank statements of last 6 months and ITRs (if self-employed)

• Copy of Pan card

• Proof of Occupation

  • Student - Leave letter and No Objection Certificate from school/college with copy of Id card, if below 18, then attach adhaar card copy with birth certificate

• 8. Airline Reservation : along with cross country tickets

• Proof of Accommodation : Hotel confirmation for the entire period of stay in Schengen area.

• Medical : Original Medical Insurance for the entire stay in Schengen area with a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros/person.

• Marriage certificate if spouse name not endorsed in passport.

• 1. All applicant appearance is mandatory for Bio-metrics.
• 2. Please make individual file for each applicant.
• 3. Please note as per instructions received from Embassy of (Schengen area), personal Bank statement (last 06 months) needs to be submitted on A4 size only with bank stamp and sign.
• 4. The Embassy of France reserves the right to ask for additional documents and/or for a personal interview.
• 5. You should have sufficient balance in your account for visa purpose and Please don’t deposit any huge funds from any unknown source before visa application, otherwise embassy could have doubt on the credibility of tthe funds.
