To apply for an e-visa to India, you'll need the following documents: 

• A scanned copy of your passport's bio page, which includes your photo and details
• A recent, clear photograph of yourself without glasses and with a white background, Size: Minimum 10 KB and maximum 300 KB
• A copy of your business card, if applicable
• A letter of invitation from an Indian party, if applicable

You should have sufficient balance in your account for visa purpose and Please don’t deposit any huge funds from any unknown source before visa application, otherwise embassy could have doubt on the credibility of the funds.
