• Make Sure it must be updated till 4 days before of appointment (Working Days) and must be with bank (Staff member) Stamp and sign on each and every page.
• For last three months with bank stamp and sign. Please note,
• Don’t make any huge cash deposit or transfer by unknown account like friends, colleague and far family members in your account immediately before the visa application submission to maintain sufficient balance. Please discuss if you feel funds are short.
• Must have sufficient balance in Account

• Application Form duly filled in and signed by the applicant. 

• One recent passport size photograph in colour with white background (3.5cm by 4.5cm).

• Passport/Travel document must: 
  • Have a validity of at least 3 months after the intended stay; 
  • Have been issued within the previous 10 years and the validity must not exceed 10 years;
  • Have 2 blank pages. 

• Certificate of the travel agency of the prepaid program or in the case of an individual visit the reservation of accommodation provided that you paid a deposit or have to pay a cancellation fee. 

• ITR of 3 years

• Salary slip of the last three months from the employer - if employed

• Detailed bank account statement of the applicant of the last three months for both savings / current account 

• Pension slip of the last three months - if retired

• Certificate of registration in the case of the self-employed 

• Minors:
  • If the minor is travelling with only one parent, written consent certified by public 2 notary of the other parent or guardian, except in cases of a parent having sole custody or guardianship of the minor, in which case a court order or other proof of sole custody or guardianship must be provided;
  • If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor;  
  • copy of identification document(s) (with signature and photograph) of the parent(s)/guardians having custody/guardianship of the applicant

• Travel Itinerary with travel dates, including a return flight reservation or ticket. 

• Overseas travel medical insurance valid for all Schengen countries. The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 30,000 Euros or equivalent, for all risks e.g. accident, illness, medical emergency, evacuate of arrival and departure. 

Note

You should have sufficient balance in your account for visa purpose and Please don’t deposit any huge funds from any unknown source before visa application, otherwise embassy could have doubt on the credibility of the funds.
