12h15: Our Tour guide and our Bus pick up at your hotel and go to the restaurant. 12h30-12h45: Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine. Vegeterian foods are available. Note: In case, Customers don’t have lunch with the tour, our Bus will pick up at the hotel at around 13h30. 13h30: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. It is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi built in the 6th century. 14h30: Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, The Temple of Literature (Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam) is one of the most attractive tourist spots in Northern Vietnam. The Temple of Literature was founded in 1070. 15h30: Keep going to visit Hoa Lo Prison, the prison was built by the French, from 1886 to 1901, when Vietnam was still a part of French Indochina. The French called the prison Maison Centrale. The prison was called “A Hell on Earth” and now the prison is like a war museum for those who want to understand more about the war against France of Vietnamese people. 16h30: Our Bus take you back to the Hotel. 12:00 PM: Welcome at Tuan Chau Port Upon arrival at Tuan Chau port, guests will be welcomed by the crew and board the 5-star Sky Cruise Halong yacht. Enjoy a welcome glass of orange juice, preparing for your journey to explore Ha Long Bay – a UNESCO World Heritage Site recognized twice and one of the seven natural wonders of the world. 12:30 PM: Special Buffet Lunch on the Ship Guests can enjoy a self-service buffet lunch with over 30 diverse dishes on the cruise ship. Enjoy the stunning scenery on both sides of the bay with thousands of islands of all sizes, including famous landmarks such as Dog Rock Island , Fighting Cock Island , and Incense Burner Island, from the luxurious restaurant on board. 2:00 PM: Visit Sung Sot Cave Upon arriving at Bo Hon Island, visitors can explore Sung Sot Cave – one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay , notable for its dazzling and mystical stalactites and stalagmites. 2:45 PM: Experience kayaking or rowing a bamboo boat at Luon Cave. Guests have the opportunity to kayak or take a bamboo boat ride to explore Luon Cave , a unique experience amidst the crystal-clear waters and majestic cliffs. 3:15 PM: Visit Titop Island Upon arriving at Titop Island , visitors can swim on the fine white sand beach or climb to the mountaintop to admire the panoramic view of Ha Long Bay from above. 3:45 PM: Sunset Party on the Ship Return to the cruise ship to join the sunset party and watch the sun set over the sea.   • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..

  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

  • 50 advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of departure date.
  • 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 7 days of departure date.
  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies
