Airline

  • On group tours /fixed departure In cases where selected hotels in the city centre are unavailable, the Company reserves the right to book alternative accommodation in hotels located on the outskirts or away from the city centre, without prior notice.
  • Due to climatic conditions and local building norms in certain countries, air-conditioning or ceiling fans may not be available in all hotels. Guest(s) are encouraged to raise any service concerns directly with the hotel reception. Most hotel rooms come equipped with standard facilities such as a private bath or shower, central heating, and air-conditioning (where applicable), but the availability of these amenities is subject to local infrastructure and seasonal conditions.
  • Hotel rooms in many countries are comparatively smaller than Indian standards, particularly for triple occupancy. A triple room usually consists of a twin-bedded room with an additional rollaway bed or cot or mattress for the third person.

  • Meals & Special requests
  • Meals during the tour shall be provided as per pre-set menus, details of which are specified in the official tour brochure. Unlike airline services, the Company does not guarantee the provision of special meals or specific dietary requirements, except as expressly mentioned in the brochure.
  • The Company reserves the right to alter or modify the meal arrangements at its sole discretion, if required due to operational, logistical, or other unavoidable circumstances, without assigning any reason or providing prior notice.
  • In the event the Customer fails to avail any meal included in the tour itinerary for any reason whatsoever&mdashincluding delays, illness, change of schedule, or personal preference&mdashno refund, compensation, or substitution shall be claimable or payable by the Company.
  • Requests for special arrangements such as specific room allocations, dietary preferences, or accommodations on tour/cruise/flight (e.g., vegetarian meals, gluten-free options, adjoining rooms, etc.) must be made in writing at least 45 (forty-five) days prior to the final payment date of the booking. However, all such requests shall be considered strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • For some countries  you must apply directly we may assist in preparation only. For others personal appearance is mandatory. We can only facilitate/assist with preparation, appointments.
  • If your visa is rejected, all service and facilitation charges remain non refundable . No refund on these amounts.
  • Documents for visa must be be submitted in the formats, timelines specified . Processing time varies  by country and we have no control over the same.
  • Late submissions are accepted at your risk we are not responsible for delays or rejections due to late/incomplete/inaccurate s.
  • Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy/consulate.
  • We are not liable for any rejection, incorrect visa, incorrect visa duration, clerical errors, or delays caused by the consulate.
  • We use reputed third-party courier services but bear no responsibility for delays, loss, or damage to passports/s in transit.
  • By using our services, you authorize us to act on your behalf with embassies and accept all courier risks.

Travel Insurance

  • Comprehensive and appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.

Health, Fitness, and Medical Requirements

  • Guests affirm that they are physically and mentally fit to undertake the tour.
  • Individuals with medical conditions, minors, and elderly travellers are advised to obtain professional medical clearance prior to booking.
  • All required vaccination certificates, medical tests, or health s must be arranged by the Guest at their cost
  •  Pregnant travellers (>6months) are strongly discouraged due to the absence of specialised medical facilities during travel. They need to provide a fitness-to-travel certificate from a registered medical practitioner.

Conduct and Removal from Tour

  • Guests are required to maintain discipline, decorum, and respect for group members, staff, and local communities.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Guest who behaves disruptively, poses a safety risk, or violates group norms. No refund or compensation shall be payable in such cases.

Amendments

  • Changes to travel dates, passenger details, or itinerary may incur additional charges.
  • Amendments are subject to availability and supplier approval.

Taxes

  • GST (For Domestic and International)
  • TCS Conditions (FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL ONLY)
  • As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, w.e.f. 01-Jul-21 onwards, TCS will be charged 10% on overseas tour packages in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years and the aggregate TDS and TCS is each tax year is INR 50,000 or more.
  • On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS 5% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

Booking & Confirmation

  • All tour bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit/full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation by the company.
  • Prices are based on current exchange rates, taxes, and supplier costs and are subject to confirmation.

Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The balance payment must be made within the specified timeline before departure.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic cancellation without notice.
  • Payments once made are subject to the cancellation policy

It is the traveller&rsquos responsibility to ensure Valid Photo Identification (Originals Only):

  • For Indian Nationals: Aadhar Card, Driver's License, Voter ID, or Passport

Cancellations
