Pricing, Taxes, and Currency Fluctuations
- All prices are dynamic, may vary by departure hub, and are subject to change without notice.
- Prices may increase due to government taxes, statutory levies, foreign exchange variations, fuel surcharges, or inventory changes.
- The final price payable shall be the amount specified in the Booking Invoice at the time of final confirmation.
- All discounts, promotional offers, complimentary add-ons, and value coupons are discretionary, non-transferable, non-encashable, and valid only for specified departures and eligible travellers.
- Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
Airline
- Airline tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.
- Flight schedules may change without notice.
- Seat allocation, on flight meals , other facilities and baggage allowances are controlled by the airline and vary and are not automatically included. Please check at the time of booking and confirmation.
- Low Cost carriers : Some tours utilise local domestic airlines and charter flights operating small aircraft with restrictions on baggage allowance. Please check and confirm at the time of booking
- Passengers must comply with airline check-in, boarding, and security requirements.
- Name changes, cancellations, and date changes are subject to airline fare rules and penalties.
- Cancellation, amendment and refund rules vary for completely unused, partially used tickets and no show.
- Passengers must carry valid travel documents for boarding and immigration
Accommodation
- Please check the type of accommodation offered-Dormitory,Hotel, resort, Home Stay and Houseboat ETC
- The accommodation category and standard will vary based on the specific tour package booked by the Customer
- In rooms with private facilities (shower and/or bath) inclusive of hotel service charges and local taxes unless we have stated otherwise.
- Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and hotel terms and conditions.
- On group tours /fixed departure In cases where selected hotels in the city centre are unavailable, the Company reserves the right to book alternative accommodation in hotels located on the outskirts or away from the city centre, without prior notice.
- Due to climatic conditions and local building norms in certain countries, air-conditioning or ceiling fans may not be available in all hotels. Guest(s) are encouraged to raise any service concerns directly with the hotel reception. Most hotel rooms come equipped with standard facilities such as a private bath or shower, central heating, and air-conditioning (where applicable), but the availability of these amenities is subject to local infrastructure and seasonal conditions.
- Hotel rooms in many cities are comparatively smaller than Indian standards, particularly for triple occupancy. A triple room usually consists of a twin-bedded room with an additional rollaway bed or cot or mattress for the third person.
- Check-in and check-out times varies from destination to destinations and are as per hotel policy . Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges.
- Room allocation (category, view, bedding) is at the discretion of the hotel unless explicitly specified. Additional person may
- Extra services such as minibar, room service, laundry, and damages, phone calls , additional mattress/bed are payable directly by the guest.
- Hotels may require a security deposit at check-in.
- Changes or cancellations are subject to hotel policies.
- The tour company is not responsible for hotel-related issues or service changes.
Meals & Special requests
- Meals during the tour shall be provided as per pre-set menus, details of which are specified in the official tour brochure. Unlike airline services, the Company does not guarantee the provision of special meals or specific dietary requirements, except as expressly mentioned in the brochure.
- The Company reserves the right to alter or modify the meal arrangements at its sole discretion, if required due to operational, logistical, or other unavoidable circumstances, without assigning any reason or providing prior notice.
- In the event the Customer fails to avail any meal included in the tour itinerary for any reason whatsoever—including delays, illness, change of schedule, or personal preference—no refund, compensation, or substitution shall be claimable or payable by the Company.
- Requests for special arrangements such as specific room allocations, dietary preferences, or accommodations on tour/cruise/flight (e.g., vegetarian meals, gluten-free options, adjoining rooms, etc.) must be made in writing at least 45 (forty-five) days prior to the final payment date of the booking. However, all such requests shall be considered strictly subject to availability on tour and cannot be guaranteed.
Transport & Transfers
- All transportation and transfers are provided as per the confirmed itinerary only.
- Shared Transfers/Tours : Are shared with other guests and may require additional waiting time
- Private Transfer : are for the booked guests only for a specific transfer or tour
- Vehicle type and seating are subject to availability and local regulations.
- Train tickets (if specified as included part of the tour) will be in Economy class unless explicitly stated
- Long distance coach /bus travel is subject to local regulations and must be adhered to.
- Drives/Guides do not assist with luggage
- Waiting time beyond the agreed schedule may incur additional charges or
- Changes or cancellations are subject to supplier policies.
- Pick-up and drop-off timings are fixed and must be adhered to by guests.
- Missed transfers due to late arrival or personal delays are non-refundable.
- Extra usage, detours, or waiting time may incur additional charges.
- AC Does will be switched off during hill rides.
- The tour company is not responsible for traffic delays, weather conditions, or breakdowns beyond its control.
Tours
- Transportation is provided on a shared basis as per the tour itinerary.
- Fixed pick-up and drop-off timings must be strictly followed.
- Seating arrangement and vehicle type are subject to availability.
- No refunds for missed transfers due to late arrival or personal delays.
- Certain tours may start from a point other than the hotel/accommodation
- The tour company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive and appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.
Health, Fitness, and Medical Requirements
- Guests affirm that they are physically and mentally fit to undertake the tour.
- Individuals with medical conditions, minors, and elderly travellers are advised to obtain professional medical clearance prior to booking.
- All required vaccination certificates, medical tests, or health documents must be arranged by the Guest at their cost
- Pregnant travellers (>6months) are strongly discouraged due to the absence of specialised medical facilities during travel. They need to provide a fitness-to-travel certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
Conduct and Removal from Tour
- Guests are required to maintain discipline, decorum, and respect for group members, staff, and local communities.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Guest who behaves disruptively, poses a safety risk, or violates group norms. No refund or compensation shall be payable in such cases.
Amendments
- Changes to travel dates, passenger details, or itinerary may incur additional charges.
- Amendments are subject to availability and supplier approval.
Taxes

Responsibilities & Liability
The company acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers.
The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, political unrest, or any circumstances beyond its control.
No liability is accepted for loss, injury, accident, or additional expenses incurred during travel.
Governing Law
All bookings are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the country in which the company is registered.

Booking Process
- All rates are per person on twin share basis in INR (₹).
- All rates and services are subject to change and confirmation.
Booking & Confirmation
- All tour bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit/full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation by the company.
- Prices are based on current exchange rates, taxes, and supplier costs and may change before confirmation.
Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking along with the Booking request
- The balance payment must be made within the specified timeline before departure.
- Failure to make payments on time may result in automatic cancellation without notice.
- Payments once made are subject to the cancellation policy.
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure Valid Photo Identification (Originals Only)on trip:
- For Indian Nationals: Aadhar Card, Driver's License, Voter ID, or Passport
- For Foreign Nationals: Passport (and sometimes Visa details), OCI , PIO
- Not Accepted: PAN Card (as it lacks address proof)
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and acknolwedged
- Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and supplier policies.
- Certain Airline tickets, taxes, permit fees and processing charges, insurance premium, bank charges or convenience fees are non-refundable
- Please note that at certain times of year, for example peak season, sale conditions or for certain products services, may be non refundable, Any such revised conditions will be notified to you prior to booking
- Partial room cancellation: Should one or more Guest(s) cancel or leave a Tour, it may increase the per person price of those still travelling and you will be liable to pay this increase.
- Cancellation charge as Days prior to departure in which you notify as % of total Booking cost
75 days or more : Loss of deposit
60 - 74 days : 30% of total Booking cost
30 - 59 days : 60% of total Booking cost
15 - 29 days : 90% of total Booking cost
14 days or less : 100% of total Booking cost
