• All rates are per person in INR on twin sharing basis
• Package is based on minimum 4/6 Adults per helicopter
• Child above 2 years is considered an adult
• Maximum 04-06 Passengers will be allowed in 01 Helicopter as per weight & other conditions.
• his is not a private departure. It is a fixed departure on a first come first serve basis.
•  We are flexible to accommodate the maximum passengers to complete seat capacity of 06 passengers in each departure and for that by adding or removing passengers in 02 different craft.
• Total passenger weight will not be in the excess of 380-430 Kgs as per craft availabilities.

•  Maximum Baggage Allowance 4Kgs/Person including handbag or backpack. Excess volume baggage would not be allowed on Helicopter flight.

•  Flying in hills is subject to bad weather, and many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Tramc Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), a sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the guests at the helipads, among others. Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios Hotels are likely to change in the rarest unavoidable situations. Similar ones would be provided in that case.

• For a separate single occupancy room, it will be extra chargeable @ INR 30,000/person (tax inclusive).

• Hotels at all the Dhams are non-star categories. Though we have handpicked the hotels which are best in these locations. Assuring trustworthy services and comforts.

• We strongly advise our passengers to keep one additional day at hand, over & above the 5Nights 6Day period, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios.

• Infants below 2 years or 12 kg are accommodated free of charge. In case of verification of the age of the child, ID proof/birth certificate of the child will be checked.

  
   

Airline

• Airline tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.
• Flight schedules may change without notice.
• Seat allocation, on flight meals , other facilities and baggage allowances are controlled by the airline and vary and are not automatically included. Please check at the time of booking and confirmation.
• Low Cost carriers : Some tours utilise local domestic airlines and charter flights operating small aircraft with restrictions on baggage allowance. Please check and confirm at the time of booking
• Passengers must comply with airline check-in, boarding, and security requirements.
• Name changes, cancellations, and date changes are subject to airline fare rules and penalties.
• Cancellation, amendment and refund rules vary for completely unused, partially used tickets  and no show.
• Passengers must carry valid travel s for boarding and immigration

Accommodation

• Please check the type of accommodation offered-Dormitory, Hotel, resort, Home Stay and Houseboat ETC
• The accommodation category and standard will vary based on the specific tour package booked by the Customer
• In rooms with private facilities (shower and/or bath) inclusive of hotel service charges and local taxes unless we have stated otherwise.
• Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and hotel terms and conditions.
• On group tours /fixed departure In cases where selected hotels in the city centre are unavailable, the Company reserves the right to book alternative accommodation in hotels located on the outskirts or away from the city centre, without prior notice.
• Due to climatic conditions and local building norms in certain countries/Locations, air-conditioning/ceiling fans/heating may not be available in all hotels. Guest(s) are encouraged to raise any service concerns directly with the hotel reception. Most hotel rooms come equipped with standard facilities such as a private bath or shower, central heating, and air-conditioning/heating (where applicable), but the availability of these amenities is subject to local infrastructure and seasonal conditions.
• Hotel rooms in many cities are comparatively smaller than Indian standards, particularly for triple occupancy. A triple room usually consists of a twin-bedded room with an additional rollaway bed or cot or mattress for the third person.
• Check-in and check-out times varies from destination to destinations and are as per hotel policy . Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges.
• Room allocation (category, view, bedding) is at the discretion of the hotel unless explicitly specified. Additional person may
• Extra services such as minibar, room service, laundry, and damages, phone calls , additional mattress/bed are payable directly by the guest.
• Hotels may require a security deposit at check-in.
• Changes or cancellations are subject to hotel policies.
• The tour company is not responsible for hotel-related issues or service changes.

Meals & Special requests

• Meals during the tour shall be provided as per pre-set menus, details of which are specified in the official tour brochure. Unlike airline services, the Company does not guarantee the provision of special meals or specific dietary requirements, except as expressly mentioned in the brochure.
• The Company reserves the right to alter or modify the meal arrangements at its sole discretion, if required due to operational, logistical, or other unavoidable circumstances, without assigning any reason or providing prior notice.
• In the event the Customer fails to avail any meal included in the tour itinerary for any reason whatsoever&mdashincluding delays, illness, change of schedule, or personal preference&mdashno refund, compensation, or substitution shall be claimable or payable by the Company.
• Requests for special arrangements such as specific room allocations, dietary preferences, or accommodations on tour/cruise/flight (e.g., vegetarian meals, gluten-free options, adjoining rooms, etc.) must be made in writing at least 45 (forty-five) days prior to the final payment date of the booking. However, all such requests shall be considered strictly subject to availability on tour and cannot be guaranteed.

Transport & Transfers

• All transportation and transfers are provided as per the confirmed itinerary only.
• Shared Transfers/Tours : Are shared with other guests and may require additional waiting time
• Private Transfer : are for the booked guests only for a specific transfer or tour
• Vehicle type and seating are subject to availability and local regulations.
• Train tickets (if specified as included part of the tour) will be in Economy class unless explicitly stated
• Long distance coach /bus travel is subject to local regulations and must be adhered to.
• Drives/Guides do not assist with luggage
• Waiting time beyond the agreed schedule may incur additional charges or
• Changes or cancellations are subject to supplier policies.
• Pick-up and drop-off timings are fixed and must be adhered to by guests.
• Missed transfers due to late arrival or personal delays are non-refundable.
• Extra usage, detours, or waiting time may incur additional charges.
• AC  will be switched off during hill rides.
• The tour company is not responsible for traffic delays, weather conditions, or breakdowns beyond its control.

Tours

• Transportation is provided on a shared basis as per the tour itinerary.
• Fixed pick-up and drop-off timings must be strictly followed.
• Seating arrangement and vehicle type are subject to availability.
• No refunds for missed transfers due to late arrival or personal delays.
• Certain tours may start from a point other than the hotel/accommodation
• The tour company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive and appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.

Health, Fitness, and Medical Requirements

• Guests affirm that they are physically and mentally fit to undertake the tour.
• Individuals with medical conditions, minors, and elderly travellers are advised to obtain professional medical clearance prior to booking.
• All required vaccination certificates, medical tests, or health s must be arranged by the Guest at their cost
•  Pregnant travellers (>6months) are strongly discouraged due to the absence of specialised medical facilities during travel. They need to provide a fitness-to-travel certificate from a registered medical practitioner.

Conduct and Removal from Tour

• Guests are required to maintain discipline, decorum, and respect for group members, staff, and local communities.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Guest who behaves disruptively, poses a safety risk, or violates group norms. No refund or compensation shall be payable in such cases.

Amendments

• Changes to travel dates, passenger details, or itinerary may incur additional charges.
• Amendments are subject to availability and supplier approval.

 Responsibilities & Liability

• The company acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers.
• The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, political unrest, or any circumstances beyond its control.
• No liability is accepted for loss, injury, accident, or additional expenses incurred during travel.

Governing Law

• All bookings are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the country in which the company is registered.
